Well done! Informative and entertaining :) I had never heard of the "humus" thing before, but you made me look it up. According to Wikipedia, apparently the food is spelled with two m's and the fertilizer with one. That's tricky... and I guess it'd be even more difficult because Spanish has a different spelling of these kind of things.
I liked all the stuff about Spanish. Great pics. Good thoughts. All around, I give it a 9.5 as a first newsletter. Okay, maybe a 10.0 :)
